My husband I just purchased a home with the help of Brooke from the Susan Romm Team and she was fantastic! Since we are relocating for a new job, it was really important that we were able to find a home and get to closing quickly. Brooke worked very hard to show us homes at an expedited pace (we saw +15 in a week!) and helped us close on our home in exactly 1 month from our first day of touring houses. Brooke, with assistance from Crista, did an excellent job of helping us negotiate the price of the sale, keep track of home buying tasks, and kept the process moving forward. The team's organization and responsiveness was greatly appreciated and we really enjoyed working with them.
