A little about me, I spent the first 17 years of my career working in medicine. This is something that I will always be near and dear to my heart. However, I have always had an interest in Real Estate after buying and selling several properties of my own. Sometimes in life we just have to make the change, so I finally took the leap and went for it! I am now entering my 10th year in Real Estate FULLTIME, and I am so incredibly grateful for the wonderful clients and friends I have made over these last several years. I would consider myself to be a “Type A” personality with a very strong work ethic and I enjoy being continuously challenged. I like to get things done; I am a “doer” by nature. I was born and raised in southern Missouri before relocating to the Ste. Genevieve area in 2002 with my husband. We have two beautiful busy daughters and currently reside just outside of Perryville. Hi, I'm Brandy Balsman, a real estate broker here in my hometown of Perryville, Missouri. My roots in Perry County run deep, and I actually began my real estate career early, obtaining my license while I was still a senior at Perryville High School. My focus naturally gravitated towards the management aspects of the industry—I found I have a real knack for developing and overseeing effective systems and processes within a real estate brokerage. This passion led me to take the step of becoming the brokerage owner in 2006. Outside of my professional endeavors, my family is my anchor. I'm a wife and a mother to three wonderful boys, and it’s truly important to me that they're growing up in this same supportive community that shaped me. Being actively involved in their lives, education, and hobbies is a significant priority. I'm also deeply committed to our Perryville community. I believe in giving back and actively seek out opportunities to volunteer and contribute. This community has offered so much, and I'm dedicated to helping make it an even better place to live, work, and visit.
