As first time home buyers we were at a lost! Mr. Franklin definitely made the process a lot smoother explaining and guiding us every step of the way. His knowledge of home structures was a great benefit since he would notice things we would have never even thought about. Not only did he have abundance of knowledge but his customer service was top notch. I would strongly recommend him - his honesty, knowledge and prompt responses make it a smooth transaction even when you have hiccups along the way.
