My wife and I recently decided to sell our house. We contacted Jill and she came over and provided us with good advise on how to prepare the house for sale to maximize the experience for potential buyers. The house was put on MLS on a Tuesday as coming soon, on MLS on Thursday as for sale, open for showings on Friday, held and open house on Saturday, and under contract for sale above asking price on Sunday. Did the market impact this? Undoubtedly. But Jill's experience and expertise in helping us make the property ready was a huge contributing factor. During conversations with my wife, she correctly pointed out that Jill made us feel like we were her only client. She took time with us, was patient with us, and was always calm and steady.
