I recently sold my first home and called Diane after seeing she quickly sold another house in my neighborhood. It was quickly evident upon meeting her that she would be highly supportive, competent, and hard working. She was all those things and more. She was always willing to explain her reasoning on suggestions such as pricing, listing details, etc., which helped me trust her. She also did an enormous amount of behind the scenes work to make the whole process less stressful on me as I was trying to move. In the end, the listing, selling, and closing of my house went more or less exactly how Diane laid it out for me. I was very happy with the timeline and ultimate price we obtained. I give Diane the highest recommendation.
