Natalie was very helpful from the first phone conversation through to the closing. When I contacted her initially she began work immediately, good to communicate per phone or computer. Being a first-time buyer, I needed a lot of advice and she was always helpful and kind as well as immediate in responding to questions. I found that very enlightening in this day and age.
