Fantastic Agent

We had a really great experience with Naomi, she is very knowledgeable and caring, she is willing to help in anyway she can. She stays on top of everything needing to be done, always there when we had any questions, and always got back to us as soon as she could. She is very patient,responsive and always on time .Naomi has great negotiation skills. Just tell her what you want and she’ll do her very best to make it happen. I highly recommend Naomi, she made sure that I became a landlord!

There are few tthings that you need when entering the Boston real estate market and one of those things are courage, determination, strength, and most importantly experience, all of those characteristics ensure that you are able to win in such a competitive market. The moment you meet Naomi, you can tell how dedicated she is to this process. She ensures that you get the homemade that is the best for you, rather than rushing the offer and settling for less. Naomi ensured that we negotiated a price that was under the asking price, while still ensuring that the offer was competitive enough to stand strong against other offers. Not only that, but Naomi followed up after the closing, on multiple occasions to make sure that the move in was smooth and that there were no concerns, as well as offering her support if needed. I can’t express how important it is to have someone with experience and genuineness when you go through this process. I highly recommend Naomi, she made sure that I became a landlord!
