Selling my house from 625 miles away could have been a problem, but Ellen Brown had the market knowledge, communication skills and professional work ethic to accomplish the sale. There were many factors involved including needed repairs based on the house inspection. Ellen managed to line up contractors, oversee the work and, when necessary, pay the bills. Without her help I would have had to make several trips back and forth to accomplish what Ellen did for me. I highly recommend her as an agent.
