Carla has found our family multiple homes. Very grateful for her knowledge & experience. The commitment on finding the right home goes above and beyond. Our experience has been both with purchasing and selling. Highly recommend.

I have sold many pieces of real estate over the past 10-years, and I have worked with many real estate agents… I have never worked with an agent who possessed a work ethic as impeccable as Carla’s… She sold 4-individual parcels of land for Me over the course of this last Summer. A couple, I wasn’t sure could be sold… She was in constant contact with Me, She constantly monitored listing data and comparable(s)… Carla is at the top of Her field with execution… Regards to Carla, Rick

Having a "boots on the ground" local liaison to react quickly for access to our property for showings and services is a critical part of a successful real estate team, and Carla always goes above and beyond in making sure our property was prepared for every visit.

Carla helped my brother and I sell 2 properties in less than 2 weeks. It went seamlessly, very professionally and the help she gave during the selling process was problem free from start to finish. She is very kind and helpful.

Carla Green is fantastic. She has been our realtor through many real estate transactions, both buying and selling. She goes above and beyond each time to ensure all parties are being handled, all documentation is accurate and taken care of and that we have an understanding of all situations. Carla makes herself available night and day for any questions or issues that may arise. She has much knowledge and admits if she does know an answer. Carla is a fantastic partner in our real estate endeavors.

Working with Taryn was a pleasure! Her follow-up and communication skills are second to none. Taryn's expert local knowledge of the Breckenridge/Summit County market was able to guide me when establishing a listing price and negotiating with the eventual buyer. The end result was a contract 6 days after listing and a closing 14 days later. Even if my property had stayed on the market for months, I'm confident that Taryn would have done everything possible to find a buyer and get me the best price possible. If you're looking for a fantastic agent, look no further than Taryn Brooke!

Carla and I have had a great working relationship in the real estate industry since 2012. We have worked together on 2 real estate purchases and the sale of another. Carla and I are currently working on the sale of a property I currently own, which is now on the market. I have and always will use Carla for all of my real estate dealings because of her selfless hard work and energy when representing me. I know that when Carla is representing me, she has my best interest in mind. Whether it be selling or purchasing real estate Carla will always be the real estate agent I want to represent me.

Carla impressed me initially with years of experience in the industry and a vast reach across many counties and client bases. The very first showing resulted in a full price sale and a quick closing.

Carla was spot on with the listing price. She knows the Park County area well, so she knew how to price and market our house. The buyers and their realtor were difficult people, but Carla handled their petty and, I felt, stupid questions and requests with patience, professionalism, and good humor. Her advice saved us a lot of problems and money. We were treated like old friends rather than clients. We recommend her highly!

Carla is quite simply the most spectacular real estate agent with whom we’ve ever worked! She stuck with us for 2 1/2 years, as we looked at property after property, trying to find the one that would suit my husband and myself. She never flagged in either her enthusiasm or her willingness to accompany us on our many sojourns, until we found “the one”. And when we did, she walked us through every step of the purchasing process, and what proved to be a highly complicated closing, with professionalism and ease; we always knew she had our back. Carla is both extremely professional, and supremely knowledgeable. She answered question after question about the county we were searching in, and on the rare occasion when she did not know an answer, she would research and report the response, usually the same day. She is also just a wonderful human being all around, with a great sense of humor to boot! We would recommend Carla a thousand times over, with no hesitation whatsoever!!

We couldn't have been in better hands with the sale of our house. Carla walked us through everything and made sure all our concerns were addressed from the beginning. She went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and was buffer between us and the unique buyer of our house. We couldn't have done it without her.
