Tad is really a great real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and always has the best interests of clients in mind. I had to remove a large bush from the property to make it more appealing and Tad helped me with that. Also, our floors needed to be refinished and Tad suggested a vendor who was just excellent and reasonable. Tad is very responsive and frank in his opinions. He says what needs to be said
