TOP NOTCH REALTOR - VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & ACCOMMODATING
The sale of our family home was a difficult situation due to our sister's death but Bob made this so much easier for our family! He went through this process with us every step of the way! Bob has been in realty for 40 years and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew the market in our area very well and was so easy to work with throughout the process. Bob even took my place at the closing table as I live in another state and was unable to attend. Bob is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good realtor that really cares about his clients!!

I had excellent experience having a Terry as agent!!
Terry was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish with the entire process of buying the third home! There are not enough adequate words in any language to express just how phenomenalis Terry is as a person, as a realtor, and as a friend. With his many years of experience in Real Estate he is very knowledgeable. Always there to answer any questions! I was blessed to meet him. He is the best most professional person to work with . He helped me find not one but three houses . I was blessed to meet Terry in 2018 when he represented my agent of buying the first house. I greatly admired his integrity, professionalism and his devotion to his clients and their interests. My husband and I contracted with him in 2019 when we bought the second home.During both contracted of buying a house we received the same level of agent professionalism and integrity that we again contracted of excellent service we not only witnessed but received. He stayed on top of everything, including the responsibilities I highly recommend him to everyone that is getting ready to buy or sell a home!!

Bob did a great job!
Bob did a great job of marketing and getting a buyer for our home. He gave us access to electricians and a handyman for work that needed to be done before our home could be sold .

mr. Griffis has to be one of the more knowledgeable realtors out there. hes always looking out for his clients. making sure to get u the best home buying price... he's always available day ,nite and weekends... he's gets a AAA+++ rating from us... you need to sell or buy he the guy.
