Corey Carter embodies real estate knowledge,experience and integrity. Corey grew up in the local Reno-Sparks area beginning his Realtor career in 1998. Embracing a team concept of client representation, in 2003 he co-founded a real estate team, Carter-Geer & Associates, quickly becoming one of the most productive teams in the local market. He became a broker/owner of his own real estate firm, RE/MAX Professionals, in 2013. Born with a spirit of entrepreneurship, Corey started developing his customer service and sales skills at the age of nine by selling and delivering the Reno-Gazette Journal Newspaper to his local neighborhoods. He has since built a successful career in the real estate industry for last 25 years. He has worked with every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, property management and luxury properties in the Reno, Sparks, and Carson residential real estate markets.

Born and raised here in Nevada I have spent 6 years as a licensed real estate agent, I help clients navigate everything from land purchases to buying and selling their homes. As a mom of two, I know how important it is to find a space that truly fits your lifestyle. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading a good book. I’m proud to help others plant roots in the state I’ve always called home.

Nichole Diemert moved to Northern Nevada in 2012 and has proudly called it home ever since. Originally from Southeast Idaho, she earned her degree in Nutrition from Weber State University before relocating to Nevada, where she quickly became deeply connected to the local community. Driven by her passion for helping people and building strong relationships, Nichole co-founded the Diemert Griffin Home Group with her partner, Sydney Griffin. Together, they lead a growing real estate team and manage a satellite office, providing clients with knowledgeable, responsive, and community-focused service throughout Northern Nevada. Nichole is an active member of the community and believes that being a great local agent means more than just closing transactions. She and her team are involved in numerous community organizations, including volunteering with veteran groups, supporting the Chamber of Commerce, and participating in local sporting events. Susan brings over 30 years of experience in various facets of real estate. Her niche is in marketing homes and is an extremely talented negotiator. Susan’s secret to success is high communication and superior customer service. Most of her time is spent motivating her team and top producing agents in sales and marketing efforts. In her spare time, Susan loves to spoil her 3 grand-kids, travel and cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs!
