Damon truly goes above and beyond for a clients. As an example, he knew of a listing that had not yet come onto the market, and he arranged for me to see it before it was officially listed. When it came time to make an offer, Damon tailored the offer to the needs of the seller, which resulted in a very quick acceptance on the first offer I made. While I was under contract, Damon and his team regularly checked in, providing me a list of deadlines and what needed to be done next. I had no fear about missing deadlines, because they were on it!
