Michele is just plain extra. As a human being. As a realtor. Everything she does goes above and beyond. She has consistently exceeded my wildest expectations. Her customer service, communication, availability, and mind-blowing ability to just get it done is next-to-none. I am always surprised by Michele’s, seemingly, supernatural ability to keep calm and collected and soldier through the most catastrophic of crises. I shouldn’t be! Michele both sold me my first ever home and then sold it for me at a six figure profit just 3 yrs later. She has dealt with me through my divorce, my home flooding, confused overseas buyers, remote closings and everything in between. She has always been consistent - consistently awesome! As a transplant to Colorado I didn't have any contacts or references, so I submitted a form online and Michele responded right away. She took down all my information and got right to work - I lived out of state still, so had to arrange viewings on my short visits to the Denver area. Upon meeting Michele I was immediately impressed with her knowledge, friendliness, and dedication to her work. I've purchased several houses before, but never had the level of professionalism and knowledge like hers. It was a seller's market so the buying competition was tough, but with the right advice as a buyer I secured an awesome home in Thornton that I couldn't be happier with. Chris was the perfect realtor for us. We had a vision for our next home and Chris was patient as we looked at home after home. He grounded us when we saw something shiny and brought every home back to our list of needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area we purchased in and helped us understand school districts since we're new parents. He knows the market incredibly well and helped us put together a winning offer for a home that is exactly what we wanted. Mike helped us out greatly. This was our second home purchase and this market was tough for buyers. Mike sold our house for well over asking price the 1st weekend on the market. Finding a home was a bit tougher due to low inventory and a large amount of buyers in the market. Mike stuck with us and showed us every home we wanted to see and gave great insights from his vast experience of the Colorado Market to help ensure we were making an educated decision.
