Katie really knows the market up here, which is a blessing. Being in the mountains is a whole different can of worms. From the pricing, to helping the buyers understand the well and septic criteria. always there from beginning to closing, she had it all the way. Justin did an excellent job selling my late aunt's home. Justin has an extensive network of contractors that were key in getting the house cleaned out and in condition for sale. On several occasions, Justin went the extra mile by dealing with contractors and personally checking on the property. His attention to detail and resourcefulness allowed us to get the house on the market despite the complications of selling estate property. His market knowledge and persistence got the house sold at the right price.

Katie does a great job selling and buying houses. We moved about 8 miles from one house to another in 2019. She always gave us the attention we needed, and she communicated well with the sellers so we could store things in the garage prior to moving in. After closing, we came into a refrigerator/freezer full of food, some nice things on the table, and a big bow on the door. Such a nice welcome!!
