Katie is smart, experienced, creative, and kind. This was my first time engaging with her and she exceeded all expectations. She came highly recommended- and crushed it. She communicated well (I was a remote seller), navigated complicated circumstances, addressed mountain property specific issues, and really took the time and extra steps to make the process as easy as possible for my 85 year old dad (that lived at the property). Dane is not only an expert realtor with a wealth of knowledge, he's also a genuinely nice guy. His level of honesty gave my wife and I a lot of confidence in knowing he was working in our best interest.
