Debbie was a tremendous resource every step of the journey. We started working 8 months prior to the buy. Debbie helped us narrow down the spots that would fit our wants and desires. Once we did that she was tireless sending ideas and going to look for us even scheduling some of the visits to accommodate our daughters coming along too. She was great at negotiating and setting our price when we found the home for us. And even when we hit some roadblocks on inspection repairs Debbie worked so hard finding estimates and helping us get comfortable with potential repairs. Even now post sale Debbie is willing to help us with advice and handyman reco’s. Would highly endorse Debbie and we thank her for all the hard work helping us find our dream home in CO.

Debby is hands down the best real estate agent out there. We had a critical moment in our contract where we needed to look at other options to be sure this was the right house for us as we were considering dropping the contract due to inspection objections. We had four hours to decide, and Debby arranged two showings and had us looking at other options within a half hour of us calling. Seeing that the other options were not the right fit for us helped us decide to keep the contract. If Debby hadn't been so available, we may have passed on our dream home. She really made a difference in our future, and I can't recommend her strongly enough.

She was always available to take calls and questions regarding the properties and their various aspects. With her advanced knowledge she helped me to land the ideal place that over delivered on every front. Working with Sarah was amazing. She knows the ins and outs of the market. She helped us make decisions about what would best showcase our house to buyers. She was able to help us through each stage of the process. She was abke to help with setup into the market, from choice of house color, as we were having our house painted prior to sell, to staging rooms to help envision a great layout for potential buyers. She helped us set a great asking price to minimize our time on the market, which helped us sell in three weeks after going active on the market. She was also able to help us contact and setup times for contractors to fix our inspection issue quickly. Sarah was great to work with, she helped us buy the house and helped us sell the house so we are able to get closer to family. Sarah was also great at keeping us in the loop, as buyers wanted to see the house, question were asked by other realtors, and as each series of paper work needed to be completed. I would recommend Sarah to work with anyone I know, and can not say thank you enough.
