Was great at helping us find a home in the Florence area. She was patient as we explored different parts of the city to see what part was liked. I recently contracted with Scott Earp to be my buyers agent. Scott was great to work with. He has a very good understanding of the local market and was able to find the perfect property for me. Not only that, he was able to recommend other local professionals to help with the entire inspection, financing and closing process! That was a tremendous stress relief. Caroline went above and beyond when assisting my husband and I with purchasing our home in Florence. We were relocating from CT and only had four days in SC to look at houses and she was successful in finding us one. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and graciously helped set up a lawyer for closing, as well as a pest company and home inspection company since I did not know anyone locally. Caroline always communicated what was going on and what was happening next, which made the process of buying a home while living in another state much less stressful. I would highly recommend Caroline and I would use her again as my realtor in an instant if we ever have to buy or sell in the area again.

Scott Earp is the kind of realtor you want to sell your house. He has proved to be readily available, creative, adaptable and nimble in a challenging real estate market. Scott's recommendations for how to prep the house for showing and sale were spot on. He was easy to reach via phone and text. Scott was creative in using technology to expand the number of available buyers by advertising outside the house area and working with other realtors. He was able to recommend and vet any contractors that were required to prepare the house for showing. Would I use Scott Earp again to sell my house? Yes I would.
