•I tried hiring my next door neighbor and that was a huge mistake. It went under contract 3 times and he couldn’t close the deal. My home was now considered a “stale listing” as it was on the market for over 6 months. I then hired Bill and we got it done in a much more difficult market with the dreaded “stale listing house” to boot. Bill has probably 20 years commercial real estate experience prior to his many years of residential. That means Bill knows how to negotiate and stays on the ball. Bill also sold a handful of my family’s rental properties and made it look easy (I assure you those sales were very difficult). Bottom line, I have many good friends that are realtors but it’s important to hire the person that gets the house sold, not your friend just because it’s your friend. I made the mistake of hiring my next door neighbor just because he was my neighbor… I won’t make a mistake like that ever again. Thanks Bill…
