To my good fortune, I stumbled onto Caterina at an open house. We hit it off immediately. I was, at the time, casually looking to downsize and we exchanged info. When I became more serious, I reached out and she immediately got to work for me- sending me listings and just checking in. Hers was the perfect level of engagement for me - no pressure or hard sell but absolute interest in finding just what I wanted in the perfect area of town for me. She was patient as I himmed and hawed with each viewing. All the time we worked together, I honestly don’t think I ever had to leave a voice message; she was always reachable by phone. Once we found THE HOUSE, she was my advocate at every stage of the process, ensuring I got the best price possible without risking losing the house. Now, after closing, she’s still in touch, making sure everything about the new-build is exactly as it should be. It’s also worth noting that Caterina is simply a great, all-around fun person to spend time with. Househunting can be a grueling process with dramatic ups and downs. With Caterina, it was a fun with plenty of laughs. She’s a true professional, who is exceptional at her job and gives one hundred percent to her clients. I was so fortunate to have found her and can attribute my happiness in my new home to Caterina.
