We were referred to Jen from a friend. And we could not be happier with her effort and her vast knowledge from years of experience. We started looking at house a few years ago and decided to take a break with life events happening. During that time we told Jen that we were putting off the search and she was very accommodating. She continued to send us housing options throughout the years and when we finally decided to jump on a house we had to write an offer the day of. She was feeling ill while we asked for her help but she was still willing to get us the offer in on time. Through her experience she knew exactly how to handle the situation and we always felt we were getting the best bang for our buck. Cliff was our buyers' agent. When we started the process, I asked my wife to make a list of everything we wanted in a house. After a month, we found a house that met our criteria, but it went under contract before we could put in an offer. He helped us search for months before finding a suitable replacement. When we found the property, the seller's agent was barely competent (significant errors in listing, like the wrong number of bedrooms, or including appliances that the owners didn't want to leave). The contrast in professionalism was obvious, even not having met the other agent, and we felt sorry for Cliff having to deal with her. Cliff walked us through the process and managed the paperwork needed for the contract. He kept following up and helped with negotiating mitigations that the seller had agreed to but didn't do. He also helped post-closing when we discovered damage that had been done after the inspection.
