REMAX Professional Associates | Sturbridge

Specializing in residential sales through-out Massachusetts.

With nearly 25 years of experience practicing litigation in Massachusetts, I am excited to transition back to my first passion - real estate. While I may be new to the local real estate industry, my extensive legal background has equipped me with invaluable skills in negotiation, attention to detail and advocacy. I am eager to bring my expertise to help clients navigate the real estate market effectively. My deep understanding of the legal aspects of transactions, contracts and agency will ensure that my client's interests are protected throughout the real estate process. I look forward to combining my legal knowledge with my love for real estate to provide a seamless and successful experience.

I have lived and worked in the Sturbridge/Brimfield area for over 40 years and I have been a Realtor/Broker Associate for 22 years. My husband, Scott, and I live on a 370 acre tree farm, "Mountain Brook Farm," in Brimfield, along with a summer lake house, "Tree Tops," in Sturbridge. I enjoy antiquing at the famous Brimfield Antique Show, hiking on our farm and swimming at the lake. ~ Multi-million dollar producer since 2002! ~ Member of the distinguished RE/MAX 100% Club! ~ 2022 Realtor Association of Central Mass Top Producer Award! ~ Member of the Realtor Association of Central Mass. ~ Member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. ~ Member of the National Association of Realtors. ~ Newcomer Of The Year Award 2003, Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley. ~ Committee Chair of the RACM Professional Standards Committee 2022. ~ Co-Owner of Gerrish Forestland Management 1990-Present. ~ Volunteer Board Member of the Brimfield Housing Authority. ~ Volunteer Poll worker, Brimfield. ~ Volunteer member of the Opacum Land Trust. ~ Bachelors degree 1979 Boston University. ~ Certified Buyers Representative, CBR. ~ Certified Negotiation Expert, CNE. ~ Broker Associate, RE/MAX Professional Associates.
