She assisted us in gaining an understanding of the local condo market, she provided us with meaningful advice and council on price and host of other questions, she kept us informed through out the process. She utilized her knowledge of social media to cast a net beyond that originally reached by an MLS service. We meet with her several times in person when we were in Florida, but more importantly, we knew we could rely on her to be our eyes and ears when we were living over 1,000 miles away. She was fun to work with and I know she made the buyers feel comfortable and welcome. My sense is Wendi treats everyone with respect without regard to the price range of the property or any remuneration that might come her way. At the end of the process, she wanted everyone to walk away feeling they made a good decision. She was great!
