Not pushy, extremely helpful and patient. Danny aided in doing additional prior research before our home hunting started by gathering a list of 30 plus homes for me to weave through and choose from. Danny spent 3 or 4 Sunday’s in a row with us visiting different homes to help us find the one that was best. He went out of his way also to pick up certain paperwork for us when we were busy that wasn’t required of him. He made himself available 24 hours a day via text and extremely reliable when we had questions or misunderstanding about certain aspects. At the end he also gave us time to figure out on our own which home to choose from.

There were definitely some bumps in the road but Danny worked diligently every time to smooth things over even when it wasn’t really his responsibility. Daniel was an amazing real estate person, i have been with many people who have had bad real estate agents but Daniel was so helpful throughout the process and told me exactly what i needed to do and when. Not only was he a great person showing me properties and answering all my dumb questions he becomes more of a friend by the end of the process. Danny is the BEST real estate agent. Period. Service is above and beyond 5 stars, his patience is amazing, his contacts were amazing (lawyer, bankers) and my BF and I were personally driven to each showing and Danny set all the appointments up at perfect times around our schedule and we probably looked at over 100 houses with him. I love his work ethics and he is all around an amazing person, texts and emails were answered quickly and problems were handled smoothly. Our experience with Daniel Berger was more than excellent and I would give ten stars if that were an option. As first-time home buyers from two different foreign countries we needed much more assistance than normal buyers. Daniel was unbelievably patient, very clear in his explanations, and always responded immediately to all questions and queries - even those that are not necessarily within the working area of a broker. He gave great advice on many questions regarding the home purchase, and it was very clear that he had no interest in 'talking us into a purchase', but was genuinely trying to find the right home for us.
