would just like to share my experience with Hope Wilson my husband and I purchased a house in Summerfield, Florida. Hope was always there always available. She also stayed on top of everything. We had some problems with finding some original paperwork for the house that we were going to buy and Hope was willing to drive 3 hours to a nursing home to have a woman sign the papers that were needed for the closing. She is a realtor and a woman with a strong moral compass, respect, honesty and integrity. I would and have and will continue to recommend her.

We had been looking for a home in The Villages for awhile and knew things moved quick. A new listing posted that interested us and we contacted Tammy from an ad we saw. Within an hour or two Tammy was at the property giving us a video tour of the property, as we live out of state. We quickly made an offer contingent upon seeing the home and an inspection. After acceptance, upon our tour, there were some concerns about possible structural problems with the birdcage. We weren't sure if the deal was going to happen and at the same time someone else informed us about another home for sale. Tammy was present for this call and she didn't show any outward signs of distaste. That left a HUGE impression on us! Her calmness and confidence were very reassuring during a stressful time. Other agents most likely would've had another response. We continued to work through potential concerns bringing out professionals to assess the situation. She was right there with us every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable, and yet if she didn't know something with certainly, she acknowledged it, looked into it, and got back to us quickly. We are very discriminating consumers in that when we pay someone for professional services and expertise we expect them to know more than us, to add value, be professional and be THE EXPERT! We had tried to work with a few other realtors prior and they just weren't the subject matter experts that Tammy is! We felt VERY fortunate to have stumbled upon Tammy. She was a true real estate professional through her demeanor, knowledge, & customer service, even after the transaction. She was polite, professional, confident, knowledgeable and we felt she always had our best interests in mind. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and certainly recommend her based on our experience with her on this transaction.
