I bought a house from sellers that Jennifer was representing and then, used her to sell the same house a number of years later. She is totally up on the latest listings and offers the client to view the houses that are available at their own convenience. She would offer information of the property in a non-pushy way, which totally appealed to me. I in no way felt pressure from her, and touring the houses with her was a very relaxing experience. Even after the purchase of the house Beth explained the closing procedure. She advised me that I had the option of attending the closing or having a notary come to my house and sign the necessary paperwork.
