•Taylor is the best thing that happened to us as we started down this journey of buying our first home in OC. Enough cannot be said about Taylor's professionalism and knowledge about the local market. We were like newbies with no idea of where to even begin and she helped us navigate through the entire transaction. Right from helping us narrow down on which city we wanted to buy in to ensuring we closed the deal on the first offer itself. Taylor always comes prepared to viewings with all homework on the property and comparable pricing. She was always open to answering any questions we had no matter if they seemed silly to us but she responded in detail. She always maintains a very pleasant demeanor, is approachable and responsive. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Her exemplary customer service came through when even after we have moved in to our house she continued to check-in with us and reminded us we always had the home warranty to use if any repairs came up. It was like she was thinking about us all the time and was two steps ahead. If we asked her something invariably she had already taken care of it. She has great relationship building skills. In our transaction the seller's agent was not the most pleasant person but Taylor maintained her professionalism and dignity at all times, managed a difficult personality and ensured our needs were always met. She always accommodated us and made time to be around whenever we needed her. It was like we were working with a friend who happened to be a realtor. She was always forthcoming on sharing all her knowledge and giving us guidance when we asked for it.
