There are realtors and then there is Kerry. So many will tell you about how good their realtor is. I have worked with a number of them over the years. I have NEVER encountered someone so dedicated and hard working in most industries- especially real estate! I have seen how she functions as both a listing agent and as a buyers agent. Throughout our entire process ( which was challenging), she was always one step ahead and smoothed over so many potential and actual bumps ( some before we were even aware).
