Selling a house in the middle of a pandemic and with a new baby is definitely not an ideal situation. However, Jennifer was so amazing at helping us navigate every turn we faced! Communication is key for me when it comes to understanding what is going on and she was so good at explaining things, finding out what we wanted to know, helping us keep our family safe by communicating our requests for protective gear during showings, and graciously asking when was a good time for people to come look since we had a new baby and we all know babies operate on their own schedule. After we found a buyer she was immensely helpful with all the paperwork and things we needed with that.
