Laurie was so helpfull .I live in Virginia and purchased my vacation home in Kissimmee Fl.I made one trip to Fl.to view the property and put down a deposit .The final closing ,purchasing insurance ,etc was done online and we closed several days early.After purchase of my home I did not return to Florida for about two months Laurie made sure my home was secure and added bonus Laurie's husband was able to take care of a small problem putting batteries in my smoke detectors.I recommend Laurie Varner highly .
