•I have used Peggy for 4 transactions in the last 18 months. The last 2 being complicated with the sale of my house having one of the co-owners' in another state and having to communicate with a third party. Peggy's professionalism and experience enable the listing and sale of my house in a reasonable amount of time during the holiday period, not the ideal time for selling a house. In purchasing my townhouse Peggy went above and beyond to make sure I found the right property and her experience enabled me to meet the seller's requirements of settling within 20 days of the contract being ratified including moving the settlement date for my current house. Peggy does not have single transaction she builds relationships. I consider Peggy my friend who is also my realtor.
