Paula Dysle is AMAZING! Seriously! I live in another state and had to manage selling the property from afar. Paula was so helpful. She has connections with contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers and house cleaners. They all respect her and bent over backwards to handle anything we needed at the drop of a hat. Honestly, I couldn't have prepared the house for sale without her...and her connections!! Paula is professional and communicated every step of the way. We used Stacey as our realtor off of a referral from a friend when we made the move from the East coast of Florida to the West coast. Being we were 3 hours away made it difficult to view homes ourselves. We needed someone who understood what we were looking for and had the knowledge to make sure we weren’t going to end up in a bad situation. Stacey was incredible. She walked us through homes making sure we didn’t miss a single detail. She made sure we asked the right questions and got the answers quickly. Stacey also made sure she pointed out things we might not have otherwise paid attention to. Buying a home we never actually set foot in was stressful but Stacey had gained our trust and didn’t stead us wrong. We love our new home!

As “snowbirds”, we already owned a home in the area, but wanted to move to another community to be near friends. We spoke with Paula on the phone and she seemed very knowledgeable of the local market and price trends. Until we were able to schedule a personal visit, Paula tirelessly searched and sent us new listings that fit our needs. Our one trip proved unsuccessful as we lost out on a house by a few hours. However, within a few hours of arriving home, Paula called with a new listing of a house which we subsequently bought. Paula took care of the scheduling, inspections, all the negotiations (we were not the highest bidder), and closing without us having to make another trip (all within 4 weeks). She recommended contractors, painters and cleaning crews who prepped our new home. Paula advised us to wait until we arrived for our winter season to list our house for sale. She had no doubt it would sell easily and quickly at a nice price. Within days of our arrival, she had photos of the interior as well as the exterior, including aerial views using a drone to show the uniqueness of the property. With Paula’s experience and knowledge, we accepted an offer exceeding our expectations within 3 days of listing. Paula was always available, returning calls immediately. She kept us up to date, even while she was going through some health issues. In the interim few weeks before closing, her team stepped in when she was unavailable. We pictured her being talking on her phone while being wheeled into the OR.
