Florence is a patient and professional agent. She respected our decision not to lower the asking price even thought that decision made us waited 6 months to find the best buyer. In the process, she gave us timely feedback and adjust the strategy based on market condition. The photographer she worked with are professional too. Since it took us sometime to find the buyer, Florence also managed to rent the apartment so that we are in a comfortable situation to not worry about the cost of leaving the apartment vacant

We were introduced to Florence through a neighbor in our building who had used her to sell his condo. We had already had numerous discussions with other brokers, but Florence quickly demonstrated that she had the experience, contacts, and drive to do whatever would be needed to sell our condo. She worked with us patiently to determine our needs and a path forward. Then she offered a number of suggestions based on her experience and market knowledge. Everything she did demonstrated her honesty and professionalism. With her network of interested buyers, she was able to set up a number of showings before our condo was even listed on the MLS. To our great delight, one of these resulted in a quick, all cash close. Florence was there to assist us through the entire process, and we would recommend her with enthusiasm.

I reached out to a few brokers prior to getting my place ready for sale. Buzz stood out from the others with his wanting to go over the pros and cons of my place in detail. We discussed selling my place as is, with some renovation, and with more renovation. Comps were discussed and he provided a potential listing range for each scenario. I decided to do some renovations. Buzz helped with guidance for the renovations to appeal to buyers with consideration to costs and potential return.
