Edwina knew the market, was very knowledgeable about the comps, and advised a good sale price accordingly. Our property was a tenant occupied duplex. That alone can create its challenges, however with multiple tenants, showings and offers, everything went smooth and fast. Edwina is extremely hard working, friendly, compassionate, and easy to communicate with. Always accessible via text, phone or e mail. We will hire her again, and highly recommend her!
