Verry easy to work with.

Melissa Yardy was an exceptional real estate seller. She took over the sale by making good logical instructions which we followed. Over all on a personal level, Melissa was always on time for appointments and made common sense appropriate ideas about the market. Her presentation was stellar. With 40 some images, She took you from assets in the neighborhood down to the smallest detail in the apartment. With her advice, we found a buyer in one of the worse condo markets ever.
