Julie has helped us with our first house and now our last. Full circle care.

During the sale of our property Julie was honest about how we should price, and how we should prepare to sell. On the new purchase of our home, we had several questions and concerns about the property details. Julie contacted the parties that she needed always keeping us in the loop with their responses. When their response wasn’t something that we should agree to she fought to have them accommodate us in a fair manor. She took the extra time and spent many hours out of the normal work day to watch for our needs and make sure we were getting a fair deal.

One call, and Julie was on top of it

Julie is very knowledgeable with the market, what the home would sell based on the area. Having not lived in our Mom's home she suggested that we get the home pre inspectioned so we would know what to expect. I was glad that we did that. This is the second home that Julie sold for me, and I highly recommend Julie Alibrando!!!!

Juiie is the best!

Julie made selling our home a painless experience. She stayed on top of everything and was always available if we had questions. She is not only professional and knowledgeable, she is also fun to work with and a joy to be around. She also did a great job at presenting our home to potential buyers. The photos and video that she had done were amazing. She knows her business and has great contacts. If you are selling or buying I would definitely recommend contacting Julie.
