My wife and recently sold our home and we were fortunate to have Eddie as our realtor. He quickly arranged for photography of the home including using a drone to photograph our house at sunset. Eddie helped us stage the house and immediately began marketing even before the house officially went on the market. During the process, we talked and texted frequently and he was extremely responsive and helpful. Eddie did a phenomenal job for us! He gave us assignments to make our house “HGTV worthy.” Included in that was a stager, photographer and videographer that he hired to give advice even before we signed a Listing contract with him. It all payed off because our house looked better than ever in photos and video. We were excited to get an accepted offer in only four days! We were able to find the perfect house for us and Eddie guided us through the murky water of purchasing. He was quick to inform us of developments on both the sale and subsequent purchase. All paperwork was in order and our back to back closings were a breeze. I give Eddie Campos Realty 6/5 stars!
