•Johnny is very organized and initially met with us to explain the process and steps to sell our home. This early meeting allowed us to basically know what was going to happen next. He was very thorough with covering and explaining the paperwork needed to proceed. When our first offer backed off because of the radon mediation, he was very confident that we would have more offers. Once that second offer with our acceptance came through, he prepared us for next step. When the appraisal came back a little less than the agreed price, we had a good discussion about why that happened and helped us decide to move forward based on the key factors. We also appreciated knowing what was going on from the buyers end of the sale. Once the buyers were approved and discussion of a closing date entered the picture, he helped us to remain patient with the process. At the closing it was reassuring to have him present to listen to each explanation of what we were signing. Johnny's experience and caring attitude are two reasons that we were very happy to have him for our agent and would highly recommend him to others.
