With nearly 27 years in the real estate industry and almost a decade in leadership, coaching and training, I've combined all my experiences into one concept: Providing luxury service and marketing at every price point! An Iowa native with an Arizona soul, Joanna spent 8 years in the Valley of the Sun. She now spends her time between the 2 cities; working with teammates and helping her clients in ALL Things Real Estate!

I grew up in Spencer, Iowa, and graduated from Spencer High School in 1986. I obtained my Bachelors of Science Degree in Business, Psychology & Zoology from Iowa State University in 1990. I have 30+ years in real estate experience having been a Real Estate Closer, Principal Broker/Manager/Owner and now COO/Broker. I am a 2-Time Breast Cancer Survivor & l enjoy spending time with my family & friends, traveling, and having grown up playing piano and the drums, I love music and going to concerts!

After being in the business for 25 years, one of the biggest compliments I receive is repeat clients, and when they refer me to their friends and family. I was born and raised in Des Moines Iowa. I have a huge passion for family and horses, especially the Friesian Breed. I ride my Friesian Azora in Dressage discipline. I carriage drive my Friesian Josefin.
