About Tiffini

We put the FUN back into buying and selling houses! For nearly 30 years, my business partner Stephanie and I have been helping people across Central Iowa and the Des Moines Metro with all their real estate needs. Whether you're buying your first home, building new, downsizing, or selling your last, we’ve got you covered. From condos and townhomes to acreages and single-family homes, we specialize in all types and price ranges. Born and raised in Des Moines, we know the area inside and out. We both graduated from Valley High School—Stephanie went on to Drake, and I’m an Iowa State alum. Our deep local roots give us a unique perspective on what makes Central Iowa such a great place to live. We’re also passionate about showing others the real Iowa, debunking common myths and highlighting the many benefits of living here. We work with a wide network of builders across all budgets and are ready to assist if building a home is your goal. Our full-time assistant keeps our operations running smoothly so we can focus on what matters most—YOU. Whether it’s school districts, cost of living, hobbies, or family needs, we take the time to understand what’s important to you and tailor your experience accordingly. We pride ourselves on integrity, commitment, and timely, honest advice—with a little fun along the way! With an average of 50 homes sold per year and over $25 million in annual volume, 90% of our business comes from past clients and referrals. Let us help turn your real estate dreams into reality. We love living here—and we think you will too!

Amy Dempsey

About Amy

With years of experience in real estate and a strong background in investment, I bring the tools and insight needed to help you move confidently toward your unique real estate goals. My passion for real estate is rooted in my dedication to service. I truly enjoy helping people through life’s many transitions — whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, a downsizing retiree, managing the sale of a childhood home, or expanding your investment portfolio. I approach every client’s journey with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care. Originally from California, I’ve traded the Hollywood Hills for the High Trestle Trail — and I couldn’t be happier to call the Des Moines metro my home. I’m honored to play a part in helping build and strengthen the neighborhoods that have captured my heart.

Tiffini is the best in the business! I refer everyone I know, confidently, knowing that her and her team will take care of them. She always returns calls and that is very important when looking for your dream home.
