My real estate career first started in 1991 as a Residential Appraiser, where I became licensed as a State Certified Residential appraiser both in Missouri and Illinois. I have been an investor for 25+ years both residential and commercial in new and existing homes. My training also includes home inspections and energy audits. I currently own both residential and commercial properties that I manage myself. I enjoy bow hunting and boating.
I grew up in Sikeston, Missouri, graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and feel that the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area is a great place to live. As a former teacher, I do my best to educate my clients on available properties and how I can meet their needs. Excellent Realtor
Shari was a tremendous help in the process of buying my second home. She was very quick to get us into a viewing of what could possibly be our dream home, and then provided a lot of advice and support through the next two days during a bidding war. Once our offer was accepted, she make sure we stayed on top of documents and steps within the closing process. All while she was doing that for our new home, she also was selling my first home. She was able to multitask and help us buy our dream home and sell and profit off of my first home. She answered all questions quickly in regards to processes, concerns, and she was always there when we needed her. I feel through this process I have made a great friend, and will always go to Shari if we were to pursue more real estate.

Shari was wonderful in helping my husband and I find and buy a home. She was conveniently available on a Sunday and by Monday evening we had submitted and had an offer accepted at less than asking price-which was already low. 31 days later we are in our new home and couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out so perfectly.
