Mike has a talent for finding what you want—-not just a house for sale.

—-COMMUNICATION: When talking with us, we had Mike’s full attention, no half-hearted listening or cell phone usage. —-MARKET KNOWLEDGE—Mike called us within hours of the house we bought being listed—- and it was not listed with his company. —-NEG. SKILLS—-His suggestions on negotiation points saved us thousands of dollars—approximately $13,500. —-PROFESSIONALISM—-Mike was a stickler for following the rules in real estate legalism, and never gave us a piece of paper to sign without a thorough explanation!

Fantastic Agent for someone moving from out of town

We met Mike Williams in the morning to discuss the area. He offered to take us around in the afternoon and showed us 7-8 wonderful house and we found our home. His assistance didn’t stop there. As a family move from multiple states over, he handled our inspection and appraisal. He also made some wonderful recommendations for people to help us with things around the house. I cannot recommend a better agent.

Mike is the man!!

Mike was great to work with from start to finish. He knows the area extremely well and provided thoughtful insight throughout the process. He consistently presented properties that matched our preferences and never pressured us or tried to oversell. He was always available when we wanted to view homes. Once we found our home, he was exceptional at making sure everything was in order before closing. His professional guidance gave us confidence every step of the way. Highly recommend!!

Mike was very responsive! We were out of the country when we started looking so that added an extra layer of difficulty to our situation, but Mike didn’t blink. Then, once we had the house picked out, there was a paperwork hang up with our lender; again Mike leaned forward and walked us through the process. What stood out the most for us was that he answered every call or immediately called us back. Mike Williams simply will not be out worked! Highly recommend him for all things real estate!
