Two years ago I bought a house with the help of Orlando....I just sold the same house also with his help. Even during the COVID pandemic and now in a high-interest rate market, he got me more than I wanted. He has endless energy and drive to get his clients exactly what they are looking for whether it's a purchase or a sale. Orlando has steady and punctual communication, and a no b.s. approach delivered in a thoughtful way. I would not recommend anyone else in California. He IS the best.

Orlando really listened to our requests when we bought our home. We found a house in quiet nook that was safe for our daughter. We were able to sell our home in two weeks nearly 8 years later. He was a true pleasure to work with.

Orlando is wonderful in every aspect of what you want from a realtor. Prompt, personable and really smart in understanding what you're looking to achieve, and providing advice. This wasn't my first experience with Orlando, and won't be my last.

Orlando is an exceptional real estate agent. I used him to sell my mother's house as part of an estate distribution. He provided all the information required for the sale, was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. What I liked most about him was my ability to talk market, sale, and price negotiation strategy with him while benefitting from his advise based on his vast experience. I would use him again without hesitation.

Heidi is great!!! She worked so hard with our limited schedule and time to find a house and answered millions of questions we had. The home we ended up purchasing she went out of her way to go look at it without us because we loved it so much and wasn’t able to make it. She was always ahead of the process and made buying our first home so easy!!!! She is by far the absolute BEST!

As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. He was professional, organized, patient, knowledgeable, and such a quick responder whenever we had questions or concerns! He made sure we understood every step of the home buying process and kept us updated with every detail along the way. We definitely recommend Orlando to anyone buying or selling and will be contacting him again in the future!

Orlando has been an excellent realtor. I am a first time home buyer with zero experience. I was lucky enough to have met him through my lender. He made every step simple and was attentive, responsive, and on top of everything. He definitely cares and wants to do what’s best for the buyer and will help you in any way possible. I don’t think this home buying experience would have been as smooth if he was not my realtor. He has a lot of experience and gives great advice. He worked with my busy schedule and went out of his way to house hunt on my days off in any city, listened to what I liked and disliked, and eventually found me a perfect first time home. Even after closing, he is still helping and responsive to any questions or concerns. He is an excellent realtor and whenever I’m ready for my next home, I’ll definitely reach out to him to sell my current home and buy my next.
