Hitting it out of the park!

I met Lisa when she replied to my interest in a Lakeland property. I was immediately impressed. She knows her stuff! She knows the up to minute market conditions. After investigating that first house with her, I determined that I wanted her to be the agent to continue my search with. Someone was going to get the buyer's commission and I wanted her dedication to be rewarded. Being from out of state, I needed her to be my local eyes. We both followed the daily listings closely and when she or I saw something that fit our needs, I asked her to immediately check out the properties. In the early summer market, it was critical that any property of interest be immediately looked at, and she did this every time, usually being among the first to view newly listed homes. Her negotiating skills proved to be absolutely on the money (pun intended). While offers above asking price became the norm, basically, she would not recommend any deal to us which she would not have done for her own purchase, in other words, she has a conscience. We felt very lucky to have found a professional that we felt so comfortable with right from the first conversation. All phone calls, texts & emails were promptly returned. To sum up my feelings, Lisa has tremendous market instincts, but more importantly she is as dependable, honest and trustworthy as they come, all in all, a great combination in a real estate professional. She represented us on our purchase, but I am certain she shows the same dedication to her listing clients. Being new to Lakeland, we feel like we have made our first good friend in town.
