Great Communication

Kristy and her team were impressive from the first time I spoke to them. I received a post card in the mail with a nearby home for sale which prompted me to reach out. I could really tell Kristy wanted to earn my business as she answered every one of my questions and proved she had tons of knowledge and resources. Caitlyn and Kirsty worked really hard, really fast, using all their contacts and knowledge to get my house ready for sale. They solved my landscaping issue quickly and affordably prior to the photos. They coordinated other contractors for me as well. I loved that Kristy and her daughter Caitlyn each were excellent with communication whether sending much needed updates on the process or answering any questions that I had. As an experienced seller/ buyer and fellow real estate professional, I likely would be considered a more difficult client. I am buying too and Caitlyn has been able to field on my investor questions and collect data so I can make the best possible decisions from a far.
