We are UK based and Laurie handled the sale of our property in Rotonda. Laurie did a fantastic job for us, she kept us informed of all stages of the sale. As we were in the UK for the whole process, Laurie did everything for us, I do mean everything. She even checked our property for us, she made sure all work required for the sale was completed for us. Laurie went above and beyond what you would expect of a Realtor to make sure the whole process went smoothly for us. Jessica was so amazing in helping us not only find a home, but know exactly when we were ready to buy a home. I contacted her a few months before we were ready to buy and she helped me to figure how I could get my credit score and savings just right before going to look for homes. She worked closely with our loan agent to help us find the best loan option for us too! Both her and the loan agent were always available through phone or email to answer questions or give us updated information. She found homes in the area that were exactly what we were looking for and was open to looking at other homes I had found on my own. We were short on time and Jessica was so helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up finding and closing on our home a whole month before our deadline to get out of our rental. She asked our specific needs and wants in our forever home. She narrowed our search to the location we wanted. Jessica Vogt was the assigned realtor for the first home we were interested in. Although that home was not suitable for my wife and I, Jessica took an immediate interest to what type of home we were looking for and within the time of two weeks, Jessica was able to line up a showing for a home we were interested in purchasing. I must note that during this time period Jessica would always respond to our messages in a timely manner.
