Great realtor! Knowledgeable about the area and willing to go above and beyond expectations.
Erin helped us find a vacation home in the Port Charlotte area last February 2020. She is very knowledgeable about the area and guided us to a great location that fits our lifestyle and budget. Not only an excellent realtor but she is a very good resource for local contractors and services. She is also very experienced with what it takes to update and improve a property to increase its value and appeal. Following our purchase Erin went above and beyond by checking in on our home to make sure the air conditioning was working properly after we had returned to our permanent residence. We truly enjoyed working with Erin and would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a home in the Port Charlotte area!

Erin was very familiar with the area we were searching in. She listened to what we were looking for and honed in on the perfect house. She was not high pressure, but was helpful in deciding how quickly to make an offer. She has continued to help us out finding resources in the area long after the sale closed.

Erin is always there for you any time buying or selling.
Erin is a great Relator Specialist. She was only a call, text or email away anytime I wanted or needed something. Erin takes the stress of selling and buying. She is conscientious, hard worker and always smiling. Erin goes above and beyond what is needed and is always there for you. When I sell or buy a home I only make one call and it is to Erin. I highly recommend her.
