Erica is very knowledgeable In her field and whenever I requested additional information, i.e. home warranty plans, termite inspection companies, etc, she was always more than happy to provide the information. Also during my close, which was not the greatest due to the buyers agent, she was the peacemaker and clarified information on documents and had my back throughout the close 200%. She was always honest regarding the market place, value price etc, so I knew exactly how much the home would sell for. Erica made the selling of my house bearable because I was hit with some difficult unexpected situations during the entire ordeal. If I had to do it again she would be my agent!

Erica was an extraordinary support during my home sale process which extended to almost two years. Initially, I placed my home on the market for a residential purchase, however, months later, I was approached by a commercial entity that was interested in purchasing my home as well as purchasing two other homes on my block. Erica was instrumental in helping me negotiate legal terms that benefitted me from a financial standpoint. The commercial offer fell through after months of negotiations, however, because of Erica’s assistance, I received financial compensation for the time my house was off the market. Subsequently, my house was sold to a buyer at a price that was well above what I expected to receive. Erica is knowledgeable, patient and skilled.
