The Davis Team listens to you. They were very responsive to my needs and questions. They were very kind and patient with me even after showing me 20 plus houses, but when I found the one, it was all hands on deck. They made sure everything went smooth and quickly. I really feel like part of a family. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would love a smooth and easy experience buying a house. I loved mine and I am very,very HAPPY!!!

We were looking for a house within a small time frame and after the first phone call was made to Mr. and Mrs. Davis, they became laser focused on meeting our expectations. They provided several houses that matched our needs (large kitchen space, fireplace etc). The two best attributes I will continue to praise is their attention to detail and availability. Regarding attention to detail, we often overlooked things during the showings that the Davis' readily brought to our attention to consider before purchasing. Examples include foundation potential issues, electric panel wiring concerns, neighborhood pros and cons to consider and floor plan considerations. We called and/or text the Davis' through the week day and night regarding questions, showings etc and they would always respond back in a timely manner with an answer. I would highly recommend Elton and Sonja Davis to help you find your next dream house! We love them so much, we still keep in contact with them and ask their opinion about home expansion plans we have.

Elton was amazing through out the whole process. Even when we were just browsing and kind of wasting his time, he was very polite and helpful, and always very punctual when meeting with us. When we found the home we wanted, Elton was very knowledgeable and made the process so much easier for us. He always had an answer to our questions, and if he didnt, he was sure to find the answer and get back with us. All in all Elton is very professional, his whole demeanor was pleasant and reassuring, he was always on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. 10 outta 10, I would shop with Elton again. The property sale that Elton helped me with was an inherited condo that had not been mistreated, but also had not been updated in 30 years. I was expecting to just sell it as is for a minimal amount since I didn't want to deal with painting, carpet, flooring, etc. However, Elton told me that he could arrange for all of that to be done. He worked up an estimate of what it would cost to get everything refreshed and I decided to go that route. I wrote a check to Elton that covered getting the condo cleaned out, painting, carpet and flooring, a thorough cleaning, and staging. His estimate was spot on with the final cost, and I expect the increase in the net sale price was about three to four times the money spent. When I say he handled everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Since he knew the current market trends, I left it to him to select the flooring, carpet, paint color, etc. The only thing I did was write a check and it just... happened. He kept me updated on progress, and when I had questions he got back to me promptly if I texted or emailed him. The initial price selected for the condo listing ended up being a little high, but I think that may have been more of a result of the layout of the condo itself and a generally cooling market. Elton provided a lot of data on comparable properties that had sold recently or were listed for sale. He was willing to take time to walk me through options for reducing the price to get to where the market was, and to discuss different strategies and options on negotiating once an offer was made. Elton is very knowledgeable and communicates his thoughts clearly to assist you in deciding what is best for you. He truly went above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent and I cannot recommend him enough.

Mindy was so incredible to work with selling our house. She was always in communication with us on anything needed. She helped us locate contractors, and even went to the house herself to check on things so we didn’t have to drive 2 hours to do it ourselves. All around so easy to work with and made selling a house so stress free. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.

Elton was extremely helpful, he always notified us of homes for sale that fit our requirements. It was not an easy road. We experienced some ups and downs, that had us close to giving up on finding a home. Elton did not give up on us and he was busy with other clients his wife Sonya stepped in so we never felt as though we had been put on a side burner. Both Elton and Sonya where very professional and yet friendly. An ease to deal with and rely on.
