I have read some of the comments OTHER people have written and if you read between the lines, you can tell that they have no idea what they are talking about. It just goes to show you that even when you try to help a “friend” it comes back to bite you in the butt! Every real estate deal goes through the broker, and Mark Davis, Remax One, is one of the best. If there was anything remotely undisclosed in this deal, it would have never been approved by either Broker (the seller’s or a buyer’s). Something smells fishy and it ain’t in the Bay! Here’s a thought, get a life. Vicki and Larry are good hard working people. Just my thoughts for today..

This situation was not your typical home sale. My brother passed away in Maryland and I am in Texas and was required to be the administrator of the estate. I was not able to take as much time as I would have liked because of the work that I do. Mitch had to do many more things than would be required in a typical home sale and he performed those tasks admirably. Dealing with the loss of a loved one in addition to selling a home remotely in a very challenging market is overwhelming. Mitch Seifert’s professionalism, knowledge of the market and willingness to go above and beyond even to the point of becoming a used car broker…was what made this transaction happen. Mitch has my respect and thankfulness for coming through in this situation. He was communicative and dedicated to solving issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mitch as a realtor to anyone that I know.

Natalya made selling our home feel so easy! She was able to help us navigate the changing market and we were able to find the perfect buyer. Her knowledge, marketing skills and professionalism are top notch! She was always available for any questions we had and most often was the first to reach out with updates keeping us informed throughout the entire process. There were some issues with the home we were going to buy and Natalya worked relentlessly to help the sellers agent attempt to resolve their issues so we could move forward with the purchase. When that deal fell apart, she cleared her schedule to take us to new properties. She was in constant communication with other agents and when we finally found the property we wanted she negotiated for us all while out of town at a professional convention. While buying the property was more complicated than the selling of our home, her attention and commitment to each was the same. She proved her knowledge and ability to approach even the most complex of transactions. Natalya always gave her best. Selling was a breeze but buying was a roller coaster.
